CYBERSECURITY POLICY

1. Backup copies

RCF has a policy of safeguarding all its critical data based on a system of redundant daily backups. All information relevant to its business is also protected in case of a disaster, stored in geographically distant locations.

It is managed by our IT Department.

2. Prevention of malware and phishing attacks

The entire network perimeter of RCF PI is protected by a hardware firewall and antivirus software with preventive capabilities, installed in all working places.

All our employees are trained in this security area and are able to identify suspicious situations in the management of e-mail and Internet browsing

3. Policy of passwords

RCF PI follows all good practices with regard to authentication and password management, either in the degree of complexity required or in the frequency of its change.

All the access management is monitored daily by our IT Department.

4. Software management

All the programs used by RCF PI are legitimate and certified and their management and monitoring is carried out by our IT Department.
